Wild About Her Wingman
By Robin Bielman
Tagline: Playing it safe never felt so risky.
Blurb: Erin Watters is her small town’s resident wild child—she doesn’t do
boring, and after having her heart annihilated, she definitely doesn’t do
relationships. Her friends have other ideas, though, and when they throw down a
matchmaking challenge, impulsive Erin can’t ignore it. Even when the annoyingly
hot Troy Strieber accepts the matchmaker role…
As a rescue
paramedic, Troy’s used to watching out for people. Never mind the bet he made
with his buddy to play Erin’s wingman. But the more time he spends with the
sexy, charismatic woman, the more he discovers a side of her she doesn’t let
many see. Soon what started as an innocent game of matchmaking has them both thinking
about the person right under their nose. But Troy’s a play-it-safe guy, and he
won’t let a woman who lives for risk ever steal his heart.
My Thoughts:
First off, I have immensely enjoyed the Secret Wishes books. Each and every book has been a wonderful read. I love how each of them brings two people together who didn't believe it was possible to be together. In Wild About Her Wingman, we get to hangout with the town's wild child Erin Watters. The best way to describe her would be:
Absolutely fun read. I love Troy and Erin's relationship. They have this instant chemistry, but they are both afraid to act on. Troy is dead set on finding the perfect calm non-adventure seeking woman he can find, basically Erin's opposite. Erin wants to protect her heart from heartbreak. However, they both have away of enter each others heart. Yes, Wild About Her Wingman has a sweet story, but it's a little bit more racy than the first two books. Come on Erin's the wild child, it actually fits well with her personality. I love how Troy final comes out of the hollow shell he has been living in. So, if you are looking for a fun read with two people that need to come to terms with the past, you might want to check Wild About Her Wingman out.

"reckless, fearless, impulsive, and foolhardy."Now that might seem a little harsh, but this is coming from a guy who likes to play it safe, Troy Strieber. Troy wasn't always like the fuddy-duddy that he is now. Oh no, he use to have a wild streak, but that has been laid dormant after the accident of a loved one. Anyway, he has to find a perfect match for Erin in order avoid shopping duty. Don't you love when there's a wager. Of course, Troy believes this will be a piece of cake, little does he know that Erin is extremely picky. Yes, this stems from past a relationship. Troy has his work cutout for him.
