Stealing Justice by Misty Evans and Adrienne Giordano

I just finished Stealing Justice by Misty Evans and Adrienne Giordano. Let me just say that this book wasn't lacking in drama. No sir. Stealing Justice was an action back story that leads to a great beginning to a new series.

In the story we meet, Justice "Grey" Greystone who was kicked out of the FBI for trying to protect his partner and now he's trying to get back in the good graces. So, he decides to take matters into his own hands to solve the last case he was working on.

Sydney Banefield might be a perfect partner for Grey. Now Sydney runs a women's shelter. Her goal is to try to get women out of harmful situation and give them a new lease on life. However, some of her methods might not be quite legal. Basically, Grey approaches Sydney and asks her to go undercover to help him to catch a killer.

Overall, I thought the story was fantastic. It had enough suspense to keep me guess until the very end. I love the Stealing Justice had a natural flow. Both characters were equally match, and they seem to work well together. Some people might be a little put off Sydney sexual aggressive tendency, but that's mainly her defense mechanism. Anyway, overall a really good read. So, if you are looking for a fast action story, you might give Stealing Justice a try.
