Sexiest Vampire Alive by Kerrelyn Sparks
Anyways, the vampires in this story had the fear that a vampire apocalypse would happen, so they sent Gregori Holstien to go have a chat with the president and ask him to declare a video was a hoax. Of course will the president will call the video a hoax as long as helps his family out. Another old adage: I scratch your back you scratch my back. Basically, he wants Gregori to escort Abby around China to try to get some plants that might help save Abby's mother.
I'm not going to lie, I was really surprise that I love the story. Seriously, it wasn't bad even if the cover and title didn't appeal to me. Not only that it was a pretty solid story. You have Abby, who happens to be so different from her siblings. She's not one to go out and be the center of attention. She likes to be anonymous. Which happens to be challenging when your the daughter to the president. Then you have Gregori who happens to be a young vampire. He understands the feeling of not really fitting, especially when he gets poked fun of as being bottle-fed. In ways they understand each other. One of my favorite character happen's to be Gregori's mother. Such a typical mother.
Overall, love the book even if it has a cheesy cover and title. Lesson learn: never judge a book by it's cover. I do happen to have other Kerrelyn Sparks' books, plan to checkout these stories. So, if you are looking for a sexy vampire, you might want give Gregori a try in Sexiest Vampire Alive.
