My Thoughts:

First off, let me say that I adored this book. Safe in the Tycoon's Arms is a sweet story about two adults who have been burned by people in there lives. Lucas is a workaholic who is trying to be part of his daughters life, but doesn't really know since he doesn't want to make waves with his ex-wife. The way she sounded, I didn't like her. Granted he's a workaholic, but the thing she did to him was just wrong. Anyway, Kate is a single parent trying to save her child's life when she stumble in to Lucas's life. They both help each other when they needed help. I love how Kate's past helps Lucas realize his method is wrong.

Overall, a really sweet story that might cause a tear or two. I mean Kate is down on her luck when she pops into Lucas's life. Lucas is barely holding it together. What really brings them together is the Carrington mansion and his sweet aunt. So, if you are looking for a sweet sappy read with a mother trying save her daughter and a father who doesn't know how to live again, you might checkout Safe in the Tycoon's Arms.
