Getting Healthy: Week 1 Done Many More to Go


First week: Started out strong. I was making lunches for work, and made good choices. Then the weekend happen. Oh boy, I really need to focus there. I know I have a habit of eating when I'm not hungry. I tend to snack when I'm bored. I guess I should focus on that this week. So, for week 2 I'm going to work on avoiding being bored so I don't over snack.

Hopefully next week I will have a little more to say. Any-who; are you guys developing healthy habits? If so, what are they? Do you have tips on overcoming boredom to avoid snacking too much?
