Embark on the breathtaking romantic adventures of The Lady Travelers Society in the brand-new series by #1 New York Times bestselling author Victoria Alexander

Really, it’s too much to expect any normal man to behave like a staid accountant in order to inherit the fortune he deserves to support the lifestyle of an earl. So when Derek Saunders’s favorite elderly aunt and her ill-conceived—and possibly fraudulent—Lady Travelers Society loses one of their members, what’s a man to do but step up to the challenge? Now he’s escorting the world’s most maddening woman to the world’s most romantic city to find her missing relative.

While India Prendergast only suspects his organization defrauds gullible travelers, she’s certain a man with as scandalous a reputation as Derek Saunders cannot be trusted any farther than the distance around his very broad shoulders. As she struggles not to be distracted by his wicked smile and the allure of Paris, instead of finding a lost lady traveler, India just may lose her head, her luggage and her heart.

My Thoughts:
All right The Lady Travelers Guide to Scoundrel & Other Gentlemen was seriously entertaining. Oh my gosh talk about having a good time. We have India Prendergast who is worried about her cousin who has gone missing after deciding to take an adventure. India is looking for someone to blame and that would be the Lady Travelers Society, after all they are the ones to put these big ideas into women's head. Eventually, she believes that Derek Saunder's is the mastermind of the operation and is using his aunt and her friends to bilk money out poor unsuspecting women.

Derek is trying to keep his nose clean, and prove to his uncle that he can be responsible for the Earldom one day, but his aunt and her friends are making it difficult. Now he needs to figure out what is going on with India's cousin, while having India tag-along. However, there is going on behind the scenes. So, let the fun beginning.

Seriously, these two are fun. Okay Derek is a lot of fun and India is the stick in the mud. Over the course of the adventure we start to see India relax. She learns a lot about herself that no one dare to point out until the grand adventure. I love the change that happens to India, because she never did see herself as a woman per se. We see Derek starting to fall for India, and he never thought that would happen.

The Lady Traveler's Guide to Scoundrel & Other Gentlemen is a mouthful to say, but entertaining. I enjoyed how Victoria transform India from a prude to a better version of herself. A lot of self-discovery in the story with India. As you read the story, we find that Derek isn't truly the mastermind behind all the shenanigans. So, if you are in need of a adventure, you might want to traipse around with India and Derek.
