My Thoughts:


First thought: Holy S***!

I wasn't expecting danger and action in the first chapter. We first meet Mac and she's on a ride along with her best friend Paddy. Things start to go down from there, and Mac finds herself in deep trouble. Nothing like getting chased by dirty cops and finding oneself with hot guy you know nothing about. So, throughout the story you watch Mac put her faith in Brady who she knows nothing about, but she feels safe with him.

Seriously, Tempt the Night is an action packed story that will keep you hanging on throughout the story. Danger is lurking around every corner. Not only is there danger, but there is extremely hot chemistry between Mac and Brady. However, Brady doesn't want to let Mac for fear of hurting her, but she somehow manages to tear down his wall. These are great together. They have this instant chemistry between them, but they're at ease at giving one another crap. I enjoyed the banter between these, because it's fun and filled with sexual tension. Mac is described as the proverbial girl-next-door, sweet, kind, compassionate, but don't let that fool you cause she's does has some lady balls. Brady is total alpha-male, always needing to be in control. So, you can see that these two are well matched.

Overall, Tempt the Night is a pretty good story. Here's the breakdown: Is there action? YES! Is there danger? You bet! Will this get your heart racing? I don't know, but it did for me. Is a page turner? I thought so. So, if you are looking for action, danger mingle with a little romance, you might consider reading Tempt the Night.
